In 2017, close to the end of the year, I decided to do something I never thought I would actually end up doing: Buy a piece of land for future use. In general, this is something I had wanted since I was in my 20's and never thought would ever actually become a reality. When the opportunity arose, I jumped on it. Albeit, the property is 2.5 hours away from where I currently live, but it was bought as a piece of land on which I could plan to put a cottage or future residence. Two and a half years later, here I am... In the process of planning how to move forward with the property to make it a bit more useable.
